Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to accommodate other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee no less than 50% of the booked service amount. No shows are subject to a fee of 100% of the booked service amount. Please be prepared to leave a card on file at the time of booking.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their appointment, as we want to ensure we can dedicate the proper time and care to your service.
